Will i receive a confirmation after placing my order?

Right away! As soon as you place an order, within minutes you receive a call from our team to confirm your order. You also receive an email with a tracking number for your convenience.

What payment methods can i use?

All the online transactions take place through our reliable payment gateway “ PayUmoney”. We accept all credit & debit cards. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available.

How can i track my order?

You will get a tracking number as soon as your product is ready for shipment. In the meantime you will get a confirmation by email and sms that your order is confirmed as soon as you place it.

I need my shoes tomorrow for a special occasion. Is there any provision for a speedy delivery?

If you are Delhi based, you can always visit our store. Our address is FA-32, Ground Floor, Mansarover Garden, New Delhi- 110015. You can choose from the ready stock available and get an instant delivery.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of these shoes, they cannot be returned and only exchange can be provided in case of a size issue.In the case of a size issue, we should be notified within 2 business days, post-delivery of the shoes. Please note that the shoes can be exchanged only in the following conditions:

  • Shoes are completely unused, which means that there should not be any scratch or use marks on the sole of the shoe or on the upper.
  • It should be packed in the original packaging the way it reached you.
  • For return reasons please take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid leather marking and other sole stains. If you trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk on a carpet or a clean surface to avoid sole damages. The replacement of the shoes takes 3-6 weeks, we will always do our best to expedite the replacement.
  • If the shoe does not qualify for the exchange conditions as mentioned above, the customer will be liable to pay two way shipping and handling charges.
  • All damages on arrival issue should be reported within 48 hours along with the pictures to investigate transit reasons with third party couriers.

My product has arrived damaged. What should i do?

Before delivery, we conduct a strict inspection that we deliver you the best. Still things might get damaged during delivery. In that case, you can refer to the above question’s answer to know our exchange policy.

When will i receive my refund?

Can i read or write a product review?

Yes, you can. After logging in /signing up you can go to the dashboard and onthe left hand side you will see an option of MY PRODUCT REVIEW .Click on that option and give us your review about the product.
